Woodinville Wine Village Townhomes

Broadmark proudly invests over $17 million to acquire and develop the up-and-coming Woodinville Wine Village Townhomes. This phase will fund the acquisition of entitled land and the horizontal development of forty-five lots.

This lifestyle development will be erected by a well-known and respected King County home builder and spread over 2.9-acres consisting of townhome units in twenty-one buildings, each wood framed and two or three stories. The homes are expected to be “farmhouse inspired” with board and batten style, lots of white with accent colors, and a design that gives the structure a single-family residence instead of an attached home. To the west of the site are JM Cellars and Chateau St. Michelle, due north of the site is Cave B Winery and Purple Café, and just east of the site is Cougar Crest Winery and Forgeron Cellars. The site is at the epicenter of all the wine-making activities in Woodinville, making it an excellent site for future commercial and residential development. Woodinville is a suburb of Seattle, about 20 miles north of the city on the Sammamish River, with a population of about 15,000 people.
