Broadmark invested $12.9M in capital to fund the vertical construction of a newly proposed 31-unit condominium development in the highly desirable Cameron Village neighborhood of Raleigh, NC. The site is walkable to various restaurants, a 5-minute drive from downtown Raleigh, and within close proximity of Research Triangle Park. Despite the complexities in underwriting a new construction condo project, Broadmark was able to fund the loan without a presale requirement for a self-performing general contractor.
