The borrower brought in the land free and clear. Upon completion of construction, the property will include a 4,783 square foot single-family residence + ADU. It is one of few remaining lots in River Valley Ranch allowing an ADU. The property backs up to ponds and walking trails alongside the River Valley Ranch Golf Course.
