Broadmark provided a little over $5m in alternative capital for the three-story, 21-unit apartment project being built in Marysville, WA. Each one or two-bedroom unit will average around 822 sq ft. With Marysville’s trajectory of steady population growth over the next four years, easy access to the I-5 and SR9 and 35 miles north of Seattle this project was a no-brainer for all parties.

Being new to the multifamily development game, the client partnered with an established general contractor that has successfully closed nine projects in the last five years with Broadmark. Gaining experience by partnering with a successful general contractor and Broadmark’s flexible financing solutions will allow the client to build their resume and take on larger projects down the line.
