Broadmark, with its common sense underwriting, was able to provide the capital for the acquisition and construction of a new custom luxury single-family residence in the highly desired Avenues neighborhood of Salt Lake City, Utah. Two properties were cross-collateralized to secure the loan. Once developed, the 5.4-acre site will feature a 7,732 square foot custom home with 5 bedrooms and 5.25 bathrooms. The home will also include an 8-car tandem attached garage.
