The Property is located within the Marshall Heights neighborhood of SE DC. The project will be on grade, ground up, construction of two semi-detached row homes consisting of three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms each. Construction is by-right and has no historic overlay. Each home will be constructed out of shipping containers and will consist of approximately 1,869 square feet of livable space.
