Denver Contemporary Townhomes

Broadmark Realty Capital closed a $5M construction loan with Denver-area developer Keith Gallegos to build 8 signature townhomes in the River North neighborhood of downtown Denver. This townhome project is the final piece of S*Park, also known as Sustainability Park, a mixed-use development with a focus on urban community and forward-thinking design that is incorporated into the built environment. S*Park encompasses an entire city block and the 8 new 3-story townhomes will complement the already-built 90 contemporary condos, community garden, sushi restaurant, yoga studio, juice bar, and bakery that pepper the development.
