Project Description
Broadmark is financing Phase 1 of The Row at ROAM, a 22-unit duplex townhome project located in Winter Park, Colorado. Broadmark will provide the borrower with funds to build the first 10 townhome units, and complete all site work to create 12 additional finished townhome lots.
There will be two different unit types: “short” and “long”. The smaller unit will comprise 1,688 square feet, and there will be eight of these units in the development. The larger unit will comprise 2,120 square feet and there will be 14 in total.
