Project Description
Broadmark is funding the construction of a self-storage facility in Bailey, Colorado. The project, known as Deer Creek Secure Self Storage, will include 144 self-storage units. The project will be constructed similarly to other mini storage warehouses in the market. The site’s layout will offer two different ingress/egress options, allowing for both upper- and lower-level units. Upon completion, the upper level will offer 105 metal units, and the lower level will offer 39 units, all of varying sizes. A portion of the units will be climate controlled via HVAC.
