Broadmark Realty Capital closed construction funding for three single-family build-for-rent units in Statesville, Salisbury, and Troutman, North Carolina. The standalone single-family rentals feature 4 beds, 2.5 baths, and 1,738 square feet of living space. Each of the single-family rentals are two stories, with a transitional design style, porch, deck, 2nd-level loft area, master suite with walk-in closet, and two-car garage. In addition, each rental includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
