Broadmark lends $6.61M to a well-known PNW homebuilder to acquire two land parcels with follow-on funding for horizontal development and SFR vertical construction. The acquisition and construction loan will be used for Phase I of a 13-home project located in two dynamic eastside Seattle neighborhoods – Redmond and Sammamish. To meet the borrower’s accelerated timeline, Broadmark was able to underwrite and close the loan in two weeks, a prime example of the flexibility and dynamics of lending balance sheet capital.
