Thatcher Milholland serves in a business development and loan origination capacity for Broadmark Realty Capital. Prior to joining Broadmark in 2021, Mr. Milholland was with commercial real estate technology companies Biproxi and Ten-X. Prior to Ten-X, Mr. Milholland was Director of Fund Management with Unico Properties in Seattle and an acquisitions officer with JP Morgan and DivcoWest Properties in San Francisco. Throughout his career, Mr. Milholland has transacted over $4 billion in commercial real estate nationwide. Mr. Milholland graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
