More about Matt
Matt Hittson is Vice President of Broadmark Realty Capital, overseeing loan origination and underwriting for the Central region. Prior to joining Broadmark in 2017, Mr. Hittson worked for NexCore Group, a national healthcare real estate investment and development company based in Denver, CO. At NexCore, he was a member of the Asset Management team that managed a portfolio of more than 2.5 million square feet of medical office space. Additional responsibilities included market research, financial analysis, and supporting the finance team during due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions.
Mr. Hittson attended Bucknell University and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration. While at Bucknell, he was a member of the Division I Men’s Soccer team. Mr. Hittson also received a M.S. in Construction Management/Real Estate from Drexel University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado.
