More about Jordan
Jordan Siao is Senior Vice President of the Southeast region at Broadmark Realty Capital, overseeing loan origination and underwriting. Jordan originally joined Broadmark in 2015 as a member of the underwriting department, where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting loans. He later moved into asset management where he focused on portfolio optimization.
Prior to joining Broadmark, Jordan served as a senior analyst at Colony Capital from 2012 to 2015, where his responsibilities included asset management of a rental portfolio that spanned nationwide disposition strategy and underwriting for new acquisitions. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from the George L. Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University.
