QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
- Candidate must have a strong background in sales, 5+ years’ experience in real estate development or lending (residential or commercial)
- Some knowledge of construction or development is preferred
- Private money loan origination experience beneficial
- Knowledge of local real estate market(s)
- Ability to interact with borrowers, contractors, builders, employees, and others encountered in the course of work
- Able to use math, apply mathematical reasoning, and abstract statistical concepts
- Proficient computer skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of spreadsheet software and Contact Management Systems
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Leading the firm’s outreach campaign to connect with prospective clients
- Conducting preliminary underwriting and gathering the required underwriting documents leading up to deal funding
- The Candidate will work closely with the Sr. Executive Vice President and origination team
- Provides loan data to support marketing and sales promotional programs
- Performs other duties, and special projects as assigned
- Ability to travel for meetings and site visits as applicable

SALARY RANGE: $70,000.00-$85,000.00
