Sales & Marketing Intern

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing & Sales Intern will support the Corporate Marketing Department and National Sales Team. The Marketing & Sales Intern is responsible for assisting with administrative tasks for the marketing team, with an emphasis on strengthening internal and external client relationships. This position is integral in the day-to-day workflow throughout the Marketing and Sales Department. This position also provides administrative support for the Director, Marketing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative
    • Assists the department in meeting deadlines for various tasks and projects.
    • Overall day-to-day management of Marketing Email Inbox/Ticketing System.
    • Will handle all promotional item requests
  • Company Lead Tracking Dashboard
    • Bi-Weekly Reporting on lead source, assignment, and conversion
  • Events
    • Pre-Event Prep & Staging / Loading / Delivering / Unloading
    • Onsite Day of Support
  • Sales Support
    • Organizing and inputting feedback from the Sales team from ongoing marketing campaigns
    • Ad-hoc reporting on Sales activity
    • Administrative data integration

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent, or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program/equivalent and pursuing a Business, Marketing, or Communications Major.
  • Interested in pursuing a future career in Marketing or Sales
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives, and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Normal Hours: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm (60 min lunch)
  • Location: Seattle Main Office

HOURLY RATE: $20 / hour
